Sports Specific Training Descriptions

Football Skills Training -  Learn the fundamental skills needed for multiple positions in football. 

QB Fundamental Training -  Go over the basic fundamentals needed to become a great quarterback - 

Baseball Skills Training - Learn the fundamental skills needed for multiple positions in Baseball.  - 

 

Basketball Skills Training - Advanced training sessions for basketball players 14+ years old.  - 

Dance Fundamentals Training - Learn the basic fundamentals to dance to be prepared for your high school and college dance team. 

Group Sports Performance Class Descriptions

Strength and Conditioning - is used to develop every area of the body and improve the way a person moves, with the intention of enhancing sporting or physical performance. This training is beneficial for athletes of all sports. 

Speed and Agility - Youth speed and agility training increases your functional core strength, dynamic flexibility, control and balance. 

Stretch and Recovery  (30 min Class) - Everyone can learn to stretch, regardless of age or flexibility. Stretching should be a part of your daily routine, whether you exercise or not. It does not have to involve a huge amount of time, but stretching can end up giving you huge results!

Following are five of the most important benefits of stretching:

  • Reduced muscle tension

  • Increased range of movement in the joints

  • Enhanced muscular coordination

  • Increased circulation of the blood to various parts of the body

  • Increased energy levels (resulting from increased circulation)

Vertical/Lateral Explosion- Along with making you a better athlete overall, having good lateral quickness also can help you when it comes to injury prevention.

Training exercises to increase vertical jumping include plyometrics consisting of quick, explosive movements designed to increase speed and power

Total Cheer - is designed for potential or current school and competitive cheer athletes.  Athletes can expect a dynamic warm up with mobility exercises followed by standing tumbling, running tumbling, and cheer jumps every class. Cheer specific conditioning and core strengthening will conclude each session. 

Cheer Skills & Strength -  This class is designed for cheer athletes looking to increase their skill and overall athletic strength by focusing on compound movements and will combine tumbling skills with HIIT workouts and functional fitness exercises. Athletes can expect multiple core challenging exercises designed to promote stability and balance, along with tumbling skills, and two full body strength lifts every class. 

Cheer Strength -  This class is designed for cheer athletes looking to increase their overall athletic strength by focusing on compound movements with HIIT workouts and functional fitness exercises. Athletes can expect multiple core challenging exercises designed to promote stability and balance,  full body strength lifts every class.
