Total Body Fitness

This class is designed for cheer adults looking to increase their overall athletic strength by focusing on compound movements with HIIT workouts and functional fitness exercises. Workouts include but not limited to multiple core challenging exercises designed to promote stability and balance,  full body strength and conditioning every class. 

Hybrid Fitness

Adult functional fitness classes designed towards a variety of workouts for all fitness levels. Group training to help prevent injury and improve your overall fitness level.

Open Lift 

Stop by during one of our scheduled open lift times to get your workout in for the day.   Members must be 15 years or older to life on their own during Open Lift times.  Open Lift is only scheduled time in the fitness area, does not include turf or basketball courts. 

Open Lift Membership - $99 per month 

Group Fitness Membership also include open lifts
