MISSION
Making a Positive Impact
Josh Scott is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CSCS). He has been helping youth, high school, collegiate, and semi professional athletes of various skill levels and sports improve speed, agility, and strength for the past 7 years in The Woodlands, Texas and surrounding areas. His company, JRS Performance, has a mission to develop athleticism, prevent injury, and create a positive and confident training environment for youth athletes in the community.

Group Training Schedule
Training is for all athletes ages 13 to Pro
$40 per session
Monday
2:30pm - Acceleration + Strength Training
3:30pm - Strength Training
Tuesday
2:30pm - Lateral Movement/COD + Strength Training
3:30pm - Acceleration and Max Velocity Speed
Wednesday
2:30pm - Multidirectional Speed & Conditioning + Strength Training
3:30pm - Strength Training
Thursday
2:30pm - Max Velocity + Strength Training
3:30pm - Change of Direction & Agility
